About Me
I am Hoang, a PhD student in Biochemistry and Structural Biology program at Stony Brook University. I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh class of 22' with a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry. During my time in undergraduate, I joined Dr. Karina Ckless lab and worked with cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs). As part of the general project, I mainly performed Western Blot and ELISA assay on human blood cells and mouse macrophage cells to study the impact of CNCs on the immune response of said cell lines. I am now a rotation student in Dr. Chi-Kuo Hu lab and working on becoming an independent scientist. My hobbies include science, volleyball, and photography.
