About Me

Eric Girardi

I am an MSTP student here at Stony Brook, and I grew up in Madison, Connecticut. As an undergraduate, I studied neuroscience at Brown University. During this time, I also worked in Sreeganga Chandra’s lab at Yale, researching endocytic proteins involved in Parkinson’s disease, and after graduation worked in Marina Picciotto’s lab at Yale studying Cue-Reward learning. I am interested in studying aging, possibly from a neuro-related angle.

In my free time, I like trying new activities and making friends. My hobbies are gaming, cooking, going to concerts, everything, and hanging out with my cat, Willow.
